By forging steels with different nickel contents, an elegant ripple pattern is created, the density and uniformity of the super-hard steel is increased, and ultimately results in maximum sharpness. The handle is hygienic, completely made of stainless steel, with a "tornado pattern" that prevents wet or greasy hands from slipping.
